We are very excited because 2016 marks the 25th anniversary of Child Advocates of Fort Bend, serving children in our community. In that time, we have served over 14,000 children who have been abused or neglected. We have a lot to be thankful for, and have lots to look forward to as we continue to provide a voice to the children of Fort Bend.
We are so excited about the future of Child Advocates, and we hope to continually strengthen our reach into the community. Our donors and volunteers are the absolute best and we couldn’t be more grateful. As part of our Silver Anniversary celebration, we have a few things to share with you.
First and foremost, as you may have noticed, we have launched a brand-new website! We feel as though this new design is reflective of where we are now after 25 years, and what the future holds, as we continue to grow and serve the community in the best way possible. The new website is designed to make Child Advocates of Fort Bend even more accessible. Navigating the new website will make it easier to find information and resources about child abuse, be able to stay on top of our calendar of events, connect with us as a volunteer or donor, and increase awareness about how child abuse affects everyone in our community.
We encourage you explore the new website and connect with us via social media. It takes a village to raise a child, and it takes all of us working together to provide a voice for the children we serve.
