More than 30% of our funding comes from Special Events including our Christmas Home Tour, Gala for the Children and community events. A committee of volunteers helps us run each of our events – assisting with everything from decorations to chairing live & silent auctions, coordinating hosts and hostesses and booking entertainment. Our Christmas Home Tour boasts a cost to expense ratio of less than 6%. Our Gala for the Children is one of the premier business entertainment and social events in the area and is attended by nearly 600 people.    |
