We Will Speak Training

Presentation and Discussion with Former Foster Youth
The Volunteer Council invites you to join them for an inspiring presentation by “We Will Speak”. Their guest speakers are adults who “aged out” in foster care. They will share their experiences of growing up and becoming adults while in CPS custody. One had a CASA, the other did not. Following their presentation, they will join us for a discussion to help us learn how we can best help the youth for whom we are advocating.
Light snacks will be provided and you can earn 2 hours of Continuing Education credit for attending.
