CASA Volunteer Applications CLOSED

At this time, our CASA applications are closed.

Our next CASA training will be in early 2021 and we will open the applications once details are finalized.

Volunteer in our Children’s Advocacy Center (CAC)

CAC volunteers are trained to serve children and families by providing play opportunities to children in the playroom. Children attend the center for a variety of reasons, including meeting with a forensic interviewer or therapist.  Volunteers may also be asked to assist with special projects and support administrative staff.

To work with the children, volunteers must:

  • Be at least 21 years of age
  • Complete an application, background screening, and fingerprinting
  • Be interviewed by our staff
  • Attend our volunteer training class (16 hours for Children’s Advocacy Center Volunteers; 30 for CASA volunteers)

Volunteers are asked to commit to one morning or afternoon shift per week.

If you can volunteer once a week and are interested in the CAC, please fill out the application.
